At Roamer of Switzerland, we take pride in our heritage of quality; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn timepiece within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely place your watch in its original presentation box with all certificates, tags, and protective films intact to ensure a valid return.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
